📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing and leading the department, including planning, organizing, and coordinating departmental activities.,Support the Department Head in developing and implementing departmental strategies and plans to achieve departmental goals.,Oversee and manage departmental staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to the Department Head.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Handle departmental budgets and financial matters, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.,Represent the department in meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
