Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in inventory management and ordering,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals as required,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner,Work collaboratively with the clinic staff to ensure smooth operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic knowledge of accounting and financial transactions,Familiarity with using cash registers and point-of-sale systems,Good time management and organizational skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
