📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and pricing.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations for senior management.,Support the procurement team in managing inventory and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.,Participate in procurement meetings and provide input on procurement-related issues.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical skills.
