📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
• Manage the payroll process, including ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Ensure all financial records are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor junior accountants to maintain high standards of financial reporting and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
• Certification in Indonesian accounting standards (e.g., Akuntansi Manajemen, Pajak, or Akuntansi Keuangan).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
