Salon Bimo Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations for our business. We are a growing company and your contributions will be crucial in supporting our business growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and customers.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related roles.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and protocols.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with common IT security practices.
