📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking vehicles.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Ensure vehicles are serviced according to manufacturer specifications and safety regulations.,Monitor fuel levels and arrange for refueling as needed.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are aware of routes, schedules, and any specific instructions.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual fleet reports.,Participate in training programs to enhance fleet management skills.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
