In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial advice to the management team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, trial balance, and financial statements.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management team.,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers and finance staff.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for management and external stakeholders.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.
