In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will work closely with the HR team and department heads to understand the training needs and deliver effective learning solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify training requirements.
  • Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.
  • Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to participants.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure training programs are integrated into the overall employee development strategy.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide training and development support to managers and leaders.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and e-learning technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and LMS systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
