📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care, including medical assessments, treatments, and patient education.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the highest standard of care is provided to all patients.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
  • Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and health status.
  • Administering medications as prescribed by the physician.
  • Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
  • Participating in staff meetings and continuing education programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Registered Nurse (S1/S2) with a valid nursing license.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian language.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
  • Commitment to providing quality patient care.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
