As an Operational Cake Courier at Linni's Patisserie, you'll be the backbone of our delivery service, ensuring that every order is delivered on time and in perfect condition. You'll navigate the bustling streets of Sambikerep, managing a variety of vehicles and delivering a diverse range of cakes and pastries. This role is not just about driving; it's about being a part of our customer's special moments, making their celebrations even sweeter.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver cakes and pastries to customers within the designated time frame, ensuring they are received in perfect condition.
• Navigate the city efficiently, using GPS and mapping tools like Google Maps to find the shortest and most efficient routes.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle, ensuring it is always in a presentable condition for customer interactions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing excellent customer service.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including vehicle maintenance and hygiene standards.
• Work independently and as part of a team, ensuring seamless coordination with the kitchen and other delivery personnel.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times and customer feedback.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve delivery standards and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar delivery or courier role, preferably in the food industry.
• Valid driver's license for motorbike or car, with a clean driving record.
• Excellent knowledge of the Sambikerep and Surabaya Barat areas, including traffic patterns and shortcuts.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 kg.
• Proficiency in using GPS and mapping tools like Google Maps.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations professionally and calmly.
