📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.,Documenting inspection results and maintaining detailed records of quality control activities.,Identifying and reporting quality issues to the relevant departments for corrective actions.,Collaborating with production teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes.,Ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.,Training and mentoring junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.,Maintaining and updating quality control documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with industry regulations and standards is a plus.,Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
