• Monitor and analyze regulatory changes relevant to our operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with new regulations.

• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on regulatory developments.
• Stay updated with the latest regulatory trends and developments.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff on regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with external advisors and regulatory bodies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of financial software and tools is a plus.
• Certification in regulatory affairs or a related field is a plus.
