📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and enroll students in our higher education programs.,Manage and oversee the recruitment and admissions processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient application and enrollment workflow.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students, educational institutions, and industry partners.,Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and develop data-driven marketing campaigns.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives and recruitment drives.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing and recruitment efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in higher education marketing and recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, recruitment, or admissions in the higher education sector.,Proven track record of successfully driving marketing campaigns and managing recruitment processes.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
