📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness.,Assist in the development of training materials and tutorials.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with documentation tools and software.,Good communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
