📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.,Manage and mentor warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to optimize warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations is a plus.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be able to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 kg.
