📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, staff, and equipment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Manage kitchen waste and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in a high-volume kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local cuisine and cultural preferences is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
