BRIO Lestari is seeking a dedicated Deputy Kitchen Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Stock and manage kitchen inventory, including fresh produce, pantry items, and utensils.,Assist in cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and utensils.,Prepare food for events and special occasions as required.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in preparing and maintaining kitchen documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
