📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.,Oversee the accounting and financial systems, including payroll and cash management.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team.,Monitor and control financial risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Lead and mentor the finance team, including accountants and financial analysts.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial targets are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
