📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients to minimize waste and control costs.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute special events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized.,Ensure all food is prepared according to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.,Monitor food costs and make recommendations to management for cost-effective purchasing and menu planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and train staff.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Knowledge of menu development and cost control.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
