📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
