In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining high standards of safety and organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in warehouse management to develop their skills and grow within a reputable company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, storage, and distribution.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and warehouse activities.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high levels of performance and compliance.,Conduct regular audits to assess warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate ordering of supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.,Ability to travel within the region as needed.
