• Translate documents, reports, and contracts between Mandarin and Indonesian with high accuracy.
• Facilitate meetings and conferences between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and local Indonesian teams, providing real-time interpretation.
• Ensure all communications are culturally appropriate and align with the company's values.
• Collaborate with the local team to resolve any communication issues that may arise.
• Stay updated with industry trends and developments in the agricultural sector.
• Assist in the preparation of market reports and presentations for Mandarin-speaking audiences.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin (HSK 5/6) and Indonesian languages.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in translation or interpretation, preferably in the agricultural or business sector.
• Strong understanding of the agricultural and plantation industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional and culturally sensitive approach to communication.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and translation software such as Trados or memoQ.
