📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve the recruitment process.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.,Provide feedback to candidates on their performance in the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends.
