Klinik Gita Kebab is looking for a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong connection with our clinic.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate departments.,Schedule and confirm appointments for patients.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and appointments.,Handle and process payments and insurance claims.,Assist with the check-in and check-out process for patients.,Coordinate with the clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.,Promote and maintain the clinic's image and reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer software, including email, scheduling tools, and basic accounting software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.
