We Connect HR Solutions OPC is seeking a skilled SAP Business One & SAP S/4HANA Applications Support Specialist to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of SAP systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP applications and a passion for technology and customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Business One and SAP S/4HANA applications,Install, configure, and customize SAP systems to meet client requirements,Conduct system testing and ensure data integrity,Develop and maintain technical documentation,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues,Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices,Train end-users on SAP applications,Monitor system performance and implement improvements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Proven experience as an SAP Applications Support Specialist (minimum 3 years),Certification in SAP Business One and/or SAP S/4HANA is a plus,Strong knowledge of SAP modules including FI, CO, MM, SD, and PP,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills
