📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are available and used efficiently.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.,Work efficiently under pressure to meet service deadlines.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Experience in managing kitchen staff.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.
