📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and product knowledge.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of store operations with overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
