As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are properly coordinated and executed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction and maintenance projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are properly coordinated and executed.
  • Inspect and test all construction and maintenance work to ensure that it meets the required standards.
  • Develop and implement safety procedures to ensure the safety of all workers and the public.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets and schedules to ensure that they are met.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and other project documentation to the appropriate parties.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that our projects are completed in the most efficient and effective manner possible.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in overseeing construction and maintenance projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance best practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
