In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for new and existing employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during training sessions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by providing training for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Experience with training software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.
