📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of creative design strategies to support Kewpie's marketing campaigns.
• Manage and organize design assets, including images, videos, and graphics, to ensure they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with vendors and external designers to ensure that all design work is completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate them into creative design solutions.
• Monitor design trends and industry best practices to ensure that Kewpie's designs remain innovative and relevant.
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers to help them improve their skills and contribute to the team's success.
• Ensure that all design work complies with Kewpie's brand guidelines and meets the highest standards of quality.
• Prepare and present design concepts to the creative team and stakeholders for approval and implementation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in creative design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma and Canva.
• Strong understanding of branding and design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
