📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering product-related questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.
• Stock and organize products on the sales floor, following company guidelines and procedures.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Promote products and services to customers, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of in-store promotions and events.
• Report any issues or concerns to the store manager or relevant department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills and retail software, such as POS systems.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of merchandise.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
