📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Chery vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and performance of Chery models.
• Assist in the sales process, including paperwork, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with the finance team to provide financing options and explain terms to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions using CRM software.
• Stay updated on the latest Chery models, promotions, and industry trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer.
• Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Chery vehicles and the automotive market.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
