- Configure and maintain Jira platforms to support project management and collaboration.

- Monitor and resolve technical issues to ensure system uptime and performance.
- Provide training and support to users on Jira best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest Jira features and best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Jira Administrator or similar role.
- Certification in Jira Administrator (e.g., Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator).
- Proficient in Jira Software, Confluence, and other Atlassian products.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
