📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the accuracy of the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to support decision-making and financial planning.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and local accounting standards.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Conduct regular audits of financial records to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors.
• Provide financial support to other departments by answering queries and offering guidance on financial matters.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of GAAP and local accounting standards is a plus.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
