📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement content strategies for multiple brands in the F&B, Automotive, and Lifestyle sectors.
• Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Manage and schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, and fostering a community around each brand.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
• Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in the F&B, Automotive, or Lifestyle industries.
• Proven track record of creating engaging and effective content that drives engagement and brand awareness.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for each platform.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
