📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage research projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with the strategic goals of PT Bangka Belitung Research & Innovation.
• Develop and implement innovative research methodologies to address the unique challenges and opportunities of Bangka Belitung.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support the region's economic growth and sustainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research projects that drive innovation and development.
• Leverage data analytics tools and software to analyze research data and generate actionable insights.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in research and consulting to ensure the relevance and impact of research initiatives.
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior researchers and consultants within the team.
• Represent PT Bangka Belitung Research & Innovation at industry conferences, forums, and events to share insights and expertise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a Master's degree or Ph.D.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in research and consulting, with a proven track record of leading and managing research projects.
• Strong understanding of regional development, mining innovation, and sustainable practices.
• Proficient in data analytics tools and software, such as SPSS, R, or Python.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with the capacity to develop and grow the skills of junior researchers and consultants.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for research and consulting purposes.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
