📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Lead a high-performing marketing team, setting goals, and driving performance through effective leadership and mentorship.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media, to enhance online visibility and engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and financial goals.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and community leaders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying innovative solutions to drive marketing excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading marketing teams and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of financial services and banking industry, with experience in financial products and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proficient in using marketing software and tools, including Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and CRM systems.
• Certification in digital marketing or relevant industry certifications is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
