📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire payroll process, including data entry, calculation, and distribution of salaries and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Prepare and submit accurate payroll reports and tax filings.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
• Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
• Provide payroll support to the HR team and other departments as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest payroll software and best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual payroll summaries and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software, such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Good understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
