📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of landscape projects for Pakuhaji Highland Resort.
• Manage and coordinate a team of landscape professionals, including designers, contractors, and maintenance staff.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to bring the resort's vision to life.
• Implement and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the resort's landscape.
• Ensure all landscape projects align with sustainability and environmental goals.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the landscape team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape supervision and project management.
• Proven experience in managing landscape teams and coordinating with contractors.
• Strong knowledge of landscape design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Certification in sustainable landscape design is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for landscape design and construction.
