📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform regular maintenance and inspections on elevator systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Troubleshoot and repair elevator malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with the engineering team to implement preventive maintenance schedules and upgrade systems as needed.
Conduct safety audits and ensure all personnel are trained in emergency procedures.
Monitor elevator performance and efficiency, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
Provide technical support to facility staff and ensure smooth operation of elevator systems.
Stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices in elevator maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in elevator maintenance and repair.
Certification as a Certified Elevator Technician (CET) or equivalent is a plus.
Familiarity with elevator control systems and software such as TAC, Kone, or Otis.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
